Bow Bays

Bow Bays are an excellent way to turn a standard flat window into a feature window with 2, 3 or more individual facets. A flat roof is constructed on top of the bow bay and can be dressed in lead in a variety of different ways to add a whole new look to your once flat window. You will also achieve more space inside with a purpose made window ledge. As you will see from our illustrations it can really add character to any house.

Bow Bay windows are a magical solution to a dark room

All of our Bow windows are available in a variety of opening styles from the popular casement through to the practical - opening in Tilt and Turn Window.

Bow bays are a way to open out the light potential way beyond the boundaries of your house sometimes extending by up to one metre from the original wall. They transform a dark corner to a multi faceted jewel of light.

Originating from medieval times, the dramatic architectural style of window with its assertive arrangement of windows has enjoyed its revival ever since it’s burst of popularity with the Victorians. They make a dramatic difference to the boxy lines of a typical flat-faced house.
