We are pleased to announce, that unlike most of our rivals we do have a comprehensive after sales service. All of our customer data is precisely stored in our recently installed computerised company management package.

At the click of a button any archived installation data can be extracted from the system with ease, giving us precise information on the date your installation took place, the exact description of your purchase, and the remaining duration of your 10 year comprehensive guarantee you have remaining. This enables us to make detailed service call reports for our service engineer to offer a swift repair or adjustment to your recently purchased investment with Chase Window Company.

Most of our service calls are carried out FREE of charge in the same week or the following day after they are reported as part of our guarantee.  A same day service is available in some emergencies, however we can not always promise this service, due to our service engineers availability on the day.
