Most conservatories need an electrical supply.This can generally be taken from the house wilth little or minimal disruption to the existing feed in the main dwelling.

Things you may need to consider are:

Internal Double Plug sockets
External Plug socket for garden use ie: lawnmower, strimmer etc
External feature lights (Path or patio lights, security lights etc..)Telephone extensions
Lighting points
